“Not covered” means no qualifying registered source for that rate family. A priority rank is a research signal, not a coverage claim.

A source date is not a link-check date.
“Source updated” is the authority’s disclosed date or an explicit “not stated.” “Link checked” records when AAOE last confirmed the cited URL was reachable and still described the registered information.
